The Nevada Environmental Education Directory (NEED) has been placed on the NNREC website so that it can be searched, using the Atomz Search Engine below. The search results are for the entire NNREC website, not limited to the directory.
NNREC is currently exploring a project to update and expand the directory and place it online as a searchable database. The original document is at this time still on the NRCS website at http://www.nv.nrcs.usda.gov/pr/need/needlist.htm and NRCS is still the publisher of the most recent edition.
Since the directory was last updated in 1996, it is to be expected that contact and opportunity information may be out of date, but the directory is nevertheless valuable as a point of departure. The directory predates the 775 area code, so all phone numbers are shown without area codes.
